# Criar seu Primeiro Video Call
## Passo a passo
1. Vá em **Video Calls → Novo Video Call**.
2. Preencha nome, link da reunião no Teams, descrição, data/horário e duração em minutos.
3. Selecione as **unidades participantes** — apenas colaboradores dessas unidades verão esse call no formulário público.
4. Se for uma reunião só de equipe interna do grupo Buddha Spa, marque **"Reunião interna"** (ver [Reuniões Internas](/video-calls/conceitos/reunioes-internas.md)) — isso dispensa o formulário público para quem tem e-mail de um dos domínios do grupo.
5. Informe o **e-mail do organizador no Teams** — habilita, mais tarde, o botão "Importar via Graph" na tela de presença, em vez de exigir upload manual de CSV.
6. Salve. O sistema gera um **código único** e um **link público de inscrição** (`/call/CODIGO`).
## Divulgando o link
Na lista de video calls ou na página de detalhe do call, use o ícone de copiar para pegar o link público e divulgue-o para os participantes (e-mail, grupo interno, etc.). Esse é o único link que os colaboradores precisam — eles não fazem login em lugar nenhum.
