# Minha Conta
Qualquer administrador autenticado pode trocar seu próprio e-mail e senha, e recuperar o acesso caso esqueça a senha — sem depender de outro administrador com a permissão Gerenciar Usuários.
## Trocar e-mail ou senha
Clique no seu e-mail, no canto superior do painel, para abrir **Minha Conta**. Lá você pode:
* Trocar seu e-mail de acesso.
* Definir uma nova senha (com um medidor de força que indica o quão forte ela é).
Por segurança, qualquer troca exige que você informe sua **senha atual** — uma sessão já aberta não é suficiente.
Depois de salvar, aparece um aviso com uma contagem regressiva de 10 segundos, e você é desconectado automaticamente — é proposital: confirma que as novas credenciais realmente funcionam antes de continuar navegando. Basta entrar de novo com o e-mail/senha novos.
## Esqueci minha senha
Na tela de login, clique em **Esqueci minha senha** e informe seu e-mail. Se existir uma conta com esse e-mail, você recebe uma **senha temporária** por e-mail (por segurança, a resposta na tela é sempre a mesma, exista ou não uma conta com aquele e-mail).
Ao entrar com a senha temporária, o sistema pede imediatamente que você defina uma senha nova antes de continuar — não é possível navegar pelo painel com uma senha temporária ainda ativa.
## Se você não receber o e-mail
* Confira a pasta de Spam/Lixo eletrônico.
* Há um limite de tentativas por e-mail e por hora — se você pedir a recuperação várias vezes seguidas, aguarde um pouco antes de tentar de novo.
